We are two twin brothers (22 years old) from the Big Apple and start investing in RE deals at the age of 19 after dropping out from school. Currently, we are doing 75-100 single family wholesale/wholetail and flips yearly and adding another 50-100 apartment units to our portfolio through bank financing, lines of credit and private capital.
