Hello, I’m Carmelo Oquendo and this is my real estate agent bio video. I’m a real estate agent for The Corcoran Connection. I cover the Saint Cloud, Florida area but also represent Kissimmee, and Lake Nona, FL.
I have been in real estate now for a little over three years in the office. I have been a mortgage broker, a loan processor, and a trainee appraiser. So, I have been in the field for a while, and experience in the real estate market is what I bring to the table.
I like to talk to people and find out their needs and help people out. I am always helping people out with my involvement with my church. Being a real estate agent is just the right fit for me. I like people being happy when they purchase their homes. Being able to help people out of state purchase their home and live in Florida also makes me happy.
My favorite part of a real estate transaction is when my clients get that perfect house, and they call you and tell you that they are so happy in their house. They tell you that this is the best investment they have made, I love the area, etc. That makes me feel good knowing I did my job as a real estate agent.
I not only help people here in Central Florida I also help people out of state. They want to come to Central Florida through relocations.
