Selling tip number one is to use a professional photographer for your listings. Spend the money, it is well worth it. That old adage that a picture is worth a thousand words is absolutely true.
From my own personal experience in real estate, 90% of the buyers are looking online first. If they look at your images and they are not beautiful then they don’t want to come see your home.
I have had buyers tell me that they saw pictures of certain listings and they passed on them because of the images. Do not fall subject to this, invest the money into a professional photographer. I use Studio Nine 13 for all my listings, they do a fantastic job!
Selling tip number two and clean and stage your home in that order. A clean home is so important to the visual part of what the buyers see first when they enter a home. Clean the home thoroughly, clean the windows, clean the baseboards it is so important. It clearly tells the buyer that you have taken care of the house.

Selling tip number three is to make sure you price your home right. This is critical and why we have a team of agents and brokers to help you with that. Don’t overprice your home because it will just delay the selling process. Homes are selling very quickly right now if they are priced right.
I think it is better to get multiple offers when you list your home at the right price versus being the home at a high price and not getting any offers.
