For a sure bet in real estate, take a gamble. My mother was in real estate for 50 years, my brother was in real estate for 25, I've been in real estate for 20. I remember her going through the real estate magazines of all the listings before when she even had computers.
When I started in real estate, we didn't have cell phones, we had pagers. And when someone paged you, you had to pull over on the side of the road, find a phone and call them back. So, you can rely on me getting back to you.
I've seen so many different kinds of families that I had to help out, whether they are having babies, and getting married and upgrading or their children are going off to college, downsizing, or they lose a family member and they have to sell that house, there's just all different circumstances. I just love helping people and see how they're so happy finding their dream home or selling a home and having to move on.
