Jeanine Corcoran asked Nolan and Lauren to share the experience they had working with Bill Bokunic their real estate agent. Nolan replied and said he called The Corcoran Connection, and someone picked up straight away and within minutes Bill gave them a call.
Nolan continued and said the thing he liked most about Bill is that they didn’t even talk about homes when they first talked. In the beginning, it was about getting to know each other and building a personal connection. He said Bill was low-key, with no pressure, and very down to earth.
Nolan said he would text Bill and say, hey we want to see this home and within minutes Bill would respond and set it up. He said the level of customer service from Bill was excellent. There were times when we wanted to see homes at 6-7 PM and Bill was there. Nolan stated Bill was always there, going the extra mile and paying attention to detail and that is something we both appreciated. He said that they received a level of service that you just don’t get from most realtors.
Lauren said that what was important for her is the comfortability piece of being in the homes they went to with Bill. She explained that she was nervous to say anything that she didn’t like about the house before she met Bill because she felt the agent would try and talk them into it and say, no don’t worry this is fine. Lauren said that wasn’t the case with Bill, if she stated she didn’t like something about the house, Bill said, no problem, next house!
Nolan said Bill was very honest. He continued that Bill wasn’t “salesy” about it. Bill had the approach of let’s get them into a house that they are going to like versus just getting a sale. Bill stated that Nolan and Lauren were a lot of fun to work with.
