Jeanine Corcoran the broker for The Corcoran Connection started by asking them how they found Jeanine and The Corcoran Connection? Richard responded that when they moved into Harmony a couple of years ago, they were receiving the My Harmony Florida magazine and Jeanine was all over it. So, that helped. Also, they went to a couple of open houses that Jeanine attended, and they spoke to her there.
Jeanine then asked if they could share their experience in working with her and the entire team at The Corcoran Connection? Jackie replied that it was all positive. Richard added that he did most of the lead work on the financial stuff and anytime he had a question, especially early on, he emailed and texted Jeanine around the clock. He continued that he must have asked one hundred questions a day in the beginning and Jeanine responded promptly.
Richard said that Jeanine came to their home and made them feel comfortable. She explained everything to them in advance of what was to come and what to expect. It was awesome. Jackie added that Jeanine was very friendly and accommodating with our two little ones running around everywhere.
Jeanine asked if there was any advice, she could give to someone who might be thinking of selling their home? Jackie said to definitely ask every question that you have as there are no stupid questions.
Richard said that the process is complicated, especially when you are buying and selling a home at the same time. Jackie stated that it is a very overwhelming process so if you are stressing about something that you are unsure of to ask all your questions when you are with a real estate agent. They shouldn’t give you a tough time about any of your questions and that was defiantly our experience with Jeanine.
Jackie continued and said that Jeanine made them feel like every question they asked was important and was a valid question. She stated that even the questions that may seem silly, if it makes you less stressed out about the situation then it is not silly in the end and defiantly go with Jeanine!
