Kris started off by announcing that Christian and Shaina just sold their home and are in the process of having a new home built for them. Shaina said that they did have a realtor before, and their experience wasn’t what they were looking for. We wanted it to be an easy process and it wasn’t. Christian added that they were looking to be informed throughout the process and be in the know of what was happening.

Shaina added that the process was smooth, and it gave them something to look forward to. She said it was easy and amazing. Shaina couldn’t even believe that you could have this type of experience when looking for a home.

Kris then said that they started out looking at new builds and then once you found your new build, you had decided to sell your home. They moved into a family member's home once their home was sold and until their new home was completed.
Kris then asked them to share what their experience was like selling their home and working with her and The Corcoran Connection? Christian answered that the sale of their home was easy. The process of selling our home was more of an online process and had fewer people come through our house. They said it was all due to Kris, she was a superstar.

We felt secure and had total confidence in Kris, our real estate agent. They continued and said Kris was super knowledgeable and was always one step ahead and that she was patient with them.
The couple said from the first conversation they had with Kris they knew she was the one for them. They knew she would be there for them and that meant so much to them as a growing family.
