Kissimmee Florida real estate agent Superstar Dominico Pagan of Corcoran Connect is being interviewed by Jeanine Corcoran. Jeanine first asked Dominico how long he has been a realtor. He replied that he got into real estate in 2001 in the state of Connecticut.
Dominico then moved to Florida and became a licensed realtor here in 2003. Jeanine commented that Dominico is even more seasoned than her as she became a licensed realtor in 2005.
Jeanine then asked Dominico what inspired him to become a realtor? He replied, unemployment. Dominico found himself unemployed for the first time in his life and was a little lost, so he decided to go into real estate. Dominico was asked what is his favorite part of being in the real estate industry? He replied that it was the satisfaction of families buying their first homes. To him, it is the most exciting time to see how happy the families are in their first new home.
Jeanine asked Dominico to tell people watching a little bit about himself. He replied that he is one of eight children. He is from Connecticut, and he loves to work with people and help them in their real estate endeavors. Dominico said it comes from his parents as they were always helping people. All his brothers and sisters love to help people.
Jeanine asked of the eight kids how many are girls and how any are boys. He said there are 5 boys and 3 girls. Jeanine asked Dom what he does in his spare time when he is not helping people with real estate. He replied, he’s helping people…they both laughed.
Jeanine asked him what he does for fun, and he said hanging out with family and friends. Dom said he used to play sports but now not so much anymore.
Jeanine asked Dom if there was a story or experience that he would like to share with everyone? Dom said yes, he has an experience to share. It was when he first became an agent in Connecticut. He said he was helping his buyers purchase a multi-family home. There are two homes that are right next to each other, and his buyer loved the one on the left. When they went back to the office to write the contract, he wrote it on the wrong home as the pictures were reversed.
Both homes were the same price, etc. So, when they went to go do the home inspection Dom was walking up to the correct house that the buyers wanted but the listing agent and inspector said Dom, where are you going, it is this house. He said, the investor and listing agent laughed about it and it all worked out.
Jeanine said Dom has worked with other real estate companies in Florida and asked what he loves about working with Corcoran Connect? Dom said he had met Jeanine in 2008 as they worked in the same office. He said Jeanine has always been kind and helped answer questions for anybody who had them. Dom continued that she was always easy to talk to and explain things. He said the Corcoran Connect office is a friendly atmosphere.
