St. Cloud FL real estate company received a testimonial for St. Cloud FL broker Jeanine Corcoran for Corcoran Connect. Jeanine started by congratulating Yesenia on the sale of her home. She replied that she is excited and that the process was so seamless. Jeanine jokingly asked her if she had practiced, and Yesenia said she had not. Yesenia said that she does videos for Lockheed and is used to being comfortable on camera.
She said she had never sold her home before, and this was the first home that she had ever bought before as well. Yesenia said she was a little nervous because the process of buying her home was a little longer, however, selling it through Jeanine and Corcoran Connect was completely seamless. She continued that it was easy and felt like time flew by quickly which was great.
Jeanine stated that her home looked like a model home which always makes it easier to sell. Jeanine was amazed at how well her home was presented, to begin with and Yesenia thanked her. She also complimented Yesenia on how responsive on getting the paperwork back to her.
In return Yesenia complimented Jeanine on the weekly updates she would receive every Friday. She always felt like she knew what was going on and where she was in the total process.
Jeanine asked her if she had any recommendations for someone who might be thinking of selling their home. Yesenia said the first thing people need to do is call Jeanine. Jeanine replied that she was hoping she would say that.
She continued that the process of buying and selling a home can be very nerve-racking. If you have someone you feel comfortable with leading you through the process then it makes the process easy. She said you almost feel like you’re not doing anything. Yesenia said that is how she felt with Jeanine. She added that there is nobody better that you can work with than Jeanine when it comes to buying a home or selling one.
