Jason continued and said “the whole process was easy to do because a lot of it was online and once my condo was listed it made it easy to manage the requests that came to me. Some of my friends and co-workers really thought the property listing video you made for my condo was great. The video came out really good.”

Jeanine then asked Jason if there was any advice that he could give to a seller that may be on the fence about selling their property? He replied, “you want to time it right. You want to pay attention to articles and talk with people and see what their feel is on the right timing. You want to think about what your timeframe is. Some people need a lot of time to get out of their house. Preparation is very important.”

Jason said that the buyer of his condo originally wanted an immediate close and we pushed him back because he still had a few things to do. The buyer was insistent on the close and by that time Jason was okay with it because he was done. He said it is important to be prepared before you list your house because once you list it, things go very fast!
