Jeanine asked Bob and Mary to share the experience they had working with her and her staff at Corcoran Connect. Bob said their experience was wonderful once they decided to sell. He said he and his wife went back and forth 3-4 times before finally deciding to sell their home.
Bob stated that once they did decide to sell everything moved quickly. Jeanine listed it on the market, and it sold immediately. He and his wife Mary said it was amazing. Their home sold in 1.5 days. Jeanine mentioned that even in this market where homes are taking longer to sell, it sold very fast.
Bob said that they thought their house would sit on the market for a while and they would have to go through all the showings, etc. They were pleasantly surprised and said the process was amazingly easy. He said to Jeanine, “we appreciate your work”! Jeanine said she appreciates them.
Jeanine asked what advice they could give to anyone who may be thinking of selling? Bob said what he would tell people is to listen to what their realtor is telling them to do to help sell their home faster.
He continued that Jeanine told them to do certain things in their home and one of them is to remove certain rugs in the home. Bob said that they didn’t want to remove them but listened to Jeanine’s advice. He said that it made all the difference in the world in how their home looked and showed. Bob stated that the two or three people that came through their home on day one commented on how beautiful their floors were.
Mary stated that the hard stuff wasn’t what we had to do with Jeanine, it was what we had to do in our home to make it show-ready. They both thanked Jeanine for all that she did to help them sell their home so quickly.
