Building a Camper Tiny House (Full Build - Start to Finish with Poor Mans Fiberglass)

Look forward to more videos as I take my camper to my forest to make a cabin and start homesteading! This is just the start!!

Anyhow, I've never made anything like this before.... so learnt a lot while making it. I designed it originally to fit onto a standard 8x5 trailer (which is why there are overhangs). But I ended up getting a little bigger trailer for it (which worked out great for putting stuff on the back!).

My goal was a small camper that was practical. Something with enough room for a proper work station and a place to cook and sleep. These were important since I want to actually live in it while building a small cabin on my land.

A lot changed in the design along the way (such as the opening end near the bed, or the folding roof). Also I originally intended to put solar panels on it, but I ended up scrapping that idea (so the back I would have made more room for the bed). I also had to raise the bed halfway through the build to make room for my chest fridge.

The solar panels is also why I was so worried about weight and went with the canvas + wood glue skin. It's light and pretty strong.... but a HUGE mess to do. I'd do something different if I were making it again (knowing I had plenty of weight to spare).
