Kingsley from Asher & Gad walks us through his 4 bedroom home and shares the cost of the build from the foundation to its current state. Construction started in October 2020 so some of these costs may be outdated but it can still give you an idea of how much to start putting down towards your home. We cover the costs of the preliminary works, substructure, superstructure, finishing etc. He also shares some stories about his journey.
