Hello everyone. This is an exciting video for me. I finally got the land under contract, and I'm in the process of getting the ground ready to start building on it. Here I talk a little bit about the bureaucracy involved when you try to work with the city to build your custom house. This piece of land is so beautiful with the mountains on the back, it's going to really be my dream house.
