Mortgage Interest Rates Forecast | Fed Decision

Each Federal Reserve Meeting has had a major impact on the housing bubble, but last week’s meeting didn’t quite have the effects that most mortgage professionals didn’t expect. We knew the Federal Funds Rate would increase, but contrary to popular belief, mortgage rates went down. In today’s video, I’m going to explain why this happened, share my mortgage interest rates forecast for 2022 and 2023, and lay out what to expect regarding real estate investing and the general homebuying process as these rates drop.
