Mortgage Rates Are Dropping Rapidly!

Are mortgage interest rates going down in 2023? Based on the most recent inflation numbers and consumer pricing index, it looks like mortgage rates are finally falling! Mortgage rates were on the rise for a good portion of 2022 but my housing market prediction is that mortgage rates will begin to fall after the December 14th FED meeting. Stay tuned to see if my 2023 housing market forecast is correct!
