Last week, inflation rates dropped and many said it was a sign of relief in the housing market! In the coming weeks, the new inflation numbers will come out and the Federal Reserve will be meeting to announce its next rate hike. These numbers will have an effect on what will happen to mortgage interest rates and inflation rates. There are many scenarios for what the FED might do but my prediction is that mortgage interest rates and inflation rates will go down in 2023!
