Mortgage rates will never return to as low as they were pre-pandemic: Mortgage expert

Karen Weaver, president and CEO of MCAN Financial Group, joins BNN Bloomberg's Amber Kanwar to discuss the impact of the Bank of Canada's rate pause on mortgages. Weaver says we need to prepare for mortgage rates between 3.5 per cent and 5.5 per cent over the longer term.
