The madness continues… The average monthly mortgage payment for homebuyers reached a new all-time record HIGH once again as home prices and average mortgage rates increased. However, we’re still seeing a drop in home buyer demand and new listings as pending home sales and new listings fell year over year in each of the 50 most populous US metros.

To give you a quick mortgage interest rates update, according to the Mortgage News Daily the average 30yr fixed rate mortgage is around 6.5% for the current mortgage rates (at the time of filming this video for those with excellent credit).
