Can you buy multi family real estate using the Subject To real estate strategy? Well today we'll try to negotiate with this property owner that owns a 4-plex building. He has NO EQUITY and can't sell on the market due to exorbitant realtor and closing cost fees. So we want to see how much his monthly payment is and if the property will cashflow if we decide to buy it. Watch how I do NOT push too hard trying to make sure both of us keep our dignity during this simple conversation. My goal is to ask a few questions, build some rapport with the seller and find out if he's open to doing business with creative real estate strategies. We don't pressure people to work with us.
