1 in 3 Homes sales nationwide is now a cash purchase. Recently non-financed buyers threw caution to the wind and bid up properties much to the delight of sellers. Historically cash sales meant quick closes and discounted prices and as the market shifts sellers that have been blinded by the recent frenzy in housing purchases are in for a rude awakening.
