#daveramsey Real Estate Investing Advice

I strongly do not agree with Dave Ramsey's #realestateinvesting advice in one of his videos about 12 months ago.

I literally did everything he said not to do, which is how I started in real estate investing. I turned $26,000 into $500k+ in 7 years. It's okay to use debt. It's okay to not have a home paid for. It's okay to rent while investing in real estate.
