😫 They would always tell me stories about how the company would reduce their benefits, limit their raises, and consistently pass them up on promotion opportunities.
Even after 30 years on the job, several of them were unable to retire comfortably.
🏡 That’s why I started investing in real estate.
I loved how real estate investing gave me passive cashflow, tax benefits, and appreciation.
💰 And after acquiring enough cash flowing properties, I was able to leave my full-time engineering job!
I sometimes wonder how my old coworkers are doing, but I definitely don’t miss going to the office 40+ hours a week!
