In this video, I will provide an update on my investment in Landa real estate app. Landa App allows anyone to invest from as little as $5 and start earning an immediate return from rent.
Landa app platform is a marketplace for houses. where people can go in and choose the property they like to own and buy % of it through buying a share. Each property consist of 10,000 shares and the maximum no of share a person can hold is 1,000 share per property. Buyer can buy the share from as little as $1.5 and start collecting rent on monthly basis as well as gain appreciation. The app offers one of the highest ROI when compared to other real estates apps like fundrise, happynest, concreit, realtymogul, and even ground-floor. As of the time I am making this video, Landa App now has more than 35 properties across 5 cities in Georgia.
