Unfortunately, there will be scammers looking to take advantage of housing providers and their potential tenants. I will show you how people are scamming on these free listing sites and spot and avoid rental scammers. And why Facebook Marketplace is the new site for housing scams across the country.
I will also show you my personal Facebook Group, which has over 5,000 members that post crazy things in my group (specifically meant for posting Rental Properties). I'll show you what people are posting, how both landlords and tenants are scamming people, and my reactions to the posts!
