The scammer re-lists a recently sold property as For Sale By Owner (FSBO) 2. They use past listing info and images to make it look legitimate 3. They post it at a very low price, to get people to call 4. They offer to give you a key box code, so you can see the home 5. They ask for a scan of your license AND a scan of your social security card! 6. They steal your identity!
