Real Estate investing is an incredible wealth generating investment that has proven to make thousands, millions or billions for investors, depending on which level you are at. However we are also seeing real estate investors lose money in certain states due to rent being optional and landlords no longer able to hold onto their buildings. We are seeing foreclosures rise and crime rise in cities which will likely only push us towards a system in which issues more affordable housing and control over multi family apartment buildings.

If we look at some of the smartest and most savvy real estate investors what do they have in common? They know the rules to the game and they know how money works. They use the rules of the game and their knowledge of investing to provide incredible returns on their investments. I believe if you want to learn how to invest, this is the time to learn however this may not be the best time to invest in real estate until you see what rules to multi family real estate and rental properties become over the next six months to a year.

We are also seeing rising interest rates which will equate to big problems for landlords across the board. I see big problems coming for landlords, real estate investors and property owners.
