In this video you will see the before, during and after remodeling of our home in San Diego County. We bought our first house (a townhome) just as the COVID-19 pandemic started, in March 2020. We were so excited but nervous at the same time for what was to come, but fortunately, everything went smoothly for us. Neither our health nor our jobs were affected by the pandemic. Before moving in, we hired a general contractor to demolish and update the kitchen, the bathrooms, and the entire flooring of the house. During the remodeling we encountered some minor homeowner issues that we were able to fix right away, as you will see in the video. The entire interior of our home was remodeled, which took about a month or so to complete. We also remodeled the backyard later, but that will be in another video.
