Here's another transformation video for you guys, a townhouse renovation we did in Quezon City!
This is a standard finished home, and we changed the facade and interior.
The 2nd floor was converted to a one bedroom that has the walk in closet and bathroom, for us to do this we changed the orientation of the stairs to maximize the space.
The 3rd floor is the kid's rooms, despite the space we did our best to make it fully functional for the kids.
