1. Putting your Earnest Money Deposit into Escrow 2. Due Diligence Period - This is the time for inspections and review of the home 3. Request for Repairs - This is a written negotiation if the home inspection brought up anything you want addressed by the seller prior to the close of escrow 4. Release Contingencies after you confirm that everything is moving in the right direction (loan is approved, appraisal is in at value, inspections complete, review all disclosures, review HOA docs if there's an HOA ) 5. Final Walk Through 6. Sign Loan Docs and Wire Final Funds 7. Celebrate!!!!
