Hello, I’m Michael Ault and this is my real estate agent bio video. I’m a real estate agent for The Corcoran Connection. I focus on the Saint Cloud, FL area but also represent Harmony, Davenport, Haines City, and Orlando, FL.
My family is originally from Ohio. They moved here in the late 1970s and have much been in Central Florida ever since. I have lived between Osceola and Polk Counties having moved back and forth for work.
I was originally in law enforcement. I worked for Polk County Sheriff's Office for almost 18 years, and I was looking to retire because I had enough of law enforcement.
I decided that I wanted a different type of career. I had reflected on how I felt when I purchased my first home. And how I felt when purchasing my second home moving back to Osceola County. It gave me a sense of accomplishment.
That is precisely the reason why I picked real estate because I figured I could help people. I can help them through the problems associated with buying a home and fulfill their dreams of where they can own their own home and enjoy life as much as I have.
When looking at real estate, there are issues where people are trying to buy a home, but there are certain programs that they must follow. There are certain guidelines that they have to follow, there are certain things they can do, certain things they can't do, or should or shouldn't do.
Basically, it comes down to problem-solving, that is what I do. l solves problems. That way you don't have to worry about anything when you're purchasing a home, leave that to the professionals. I take care of all the problems, and once the problems are solved, my clients get their home.
When it comes to listing homes at The Corcoran Connection, we don't just throw a sign in the yard, put it on MLS, and say hey, here it is, hopefully, it sells. We go the extra mile. We do a lot of different types of advertising. We'll put it on Facebook, we do videos, it goes on YouTube, we give it maximum exposure.
I like working with first-time homebuyers. It is something new, they haven't owned a home before. The smiles on their face, their happiness when they get their keys to their house, and they can't believe, oh, we own a home. I cover the Central Florida real estate market; however, I specialize in the following markets.
