St. Cloud Florida real estate agent Superstar Carmen Alvarez of Corcoran Connect is interviewed by Jeanine Corcoran. Jeanine started by asking Carmen how long she has been a realtor. Carmen said she has been a realtor for just short of one year now. She attained her realtors license on November 16th of 2022.
Carmen was asked by Jeanine what inspired her to become a realtor. She answered by saying there were many things that inspired her to do so but the main reason was she enjoys helping people. Carmen likes helping people make important decisions in their life. She continued that she has the privilege and responsibility to provide information and inform both home buyers and sellers of the proper steps of the entire process.
Jeanine then asked Carmen what her favorite part was of becoming a realtor. Carmen said her favorite part is caring for her customers and meeting new people. She loves meeting people who have different needs and taking those challenges on and helping them attain their desired goals.
She was then asked by Jeanine to tell the viewing audience a little bit more about herself. Carmen said she was a social worker for 14 years and working with people for so long it made for a seamless transition to real estate and helping people find their ideal home.
Jeanine asked Carmen to share a story or experience about her career. Carmen shared that when she was a health consultant about 14 years ago, she had a little bit of nervousness about whether she could make significant contributions to the agency. Carmen ended up bringing 15-20 referrals a month, causing dramatic growth and the need to hire more staff. She is very proud of that.
Jeanine asked Carmen to name one thing she loves about working at Corcoran Connect. Carmen said, name just one thing. I could name many and just keep going and going. She said it is fun to work with Jeanine and Corcoran Connect. She stated that Jeanine is very humble and supports all the agents greatly.
