Last year I bought this piece of land in Lincoln and I have just completed building 6 houses on it. This joint venture was a project which I funded all the cash and was able to pull out 6 figures in profit. I went to see the finished buildings and meet some of the tenants who have moved in. It's great to see this project completed and I am excited for more big opportunities in the pipeline!
