From owner-occupied high-end residential units to tenant-occupied mid-market apartment buildings, Kasey has accumulated a wide spectrum of knowledge and expertise in areas such as building structure, elevator modernization, energy retrofit, solar panels and more.
Before co-establishing Cacoeli, Kasey managed properties for companies such as Brookfield Residential Services, CAPREIT and a few boutique property management firms.
When not attending to tenant and property responsibilities, Kasey enjoys watching the Toronto Raptors games, playing ultimate frisbee and softball, and partaking in the local restaurant scene.
