I am back with another project. This one is a solid brick 2 family home I am converting to a 3 family. I originally thought that I could rent this out the way it was, however I am a firm believer in doing things the correct way.
Ive owned this home for 2 days and I already have it fully gutted. I am very glad I did simply because I've discovered that there is not framing in the house!
