A lot of us real estate investors often want to get vacant possession of our properties because it gives us immediate control of the unit by going in and doing renovations to bring it to the highest efficient use of that unit to rent it out at top market fair value.
However there are implications when it comes to financing a property in this situation which we dive into in today's video!
