This is the walkthrough of our recently turned over house in Quezon City!
A 3 storey townhouse renovation, with lot area of 60sqm. The ground floor's main goal was to exude a feel that is both cozy and modern, hence the dark wood colors, gray mirror contrasted with bright lights and wallpaper.
Embracing the small space that it has but maximizing every inch to accomodate 4 different areas the living, dining, home office and kitchen. The house used to have a backyard and since the client doesn't use and just accumulates dusts, dirt and pests we suggested to extende the house to the back to create a nicer flow.
We changed everything: the floors, the walls, the ceiling, furnitures, bathroom tiles and even the layout of some of the rooms.
