The table is being set for the 2024 Housing Market in Southwest Florida and at least one Billionaire believes the Federal Reserve forecasting Rate Cuts could spell disaster. Home inventory for sale has not been this high in my area for over a decade and return to the demand that was seen the prior 3 years seems unlikely.
