Cash flowing rental properties are better investments than stocks.
Why?
Because it’s easier to hit your number. What do I mean by that? Once you know how much you need each month to retire, just have enough properties throwing off cash to cover your costs.
My number is $240,000 / $20,000 per month. That means I need some amount of properties that will throw off $20k per month. Turns out that’s about 4 properties in my world. I have 3 in place and now looking for the fourth.
