Make no mistake, wholesaling real estate IS NOT EASY MONEY Nor for the faint of heart! Don't be fooled! If something sounds too good to be true... It usually is!
3. 4:40 - 2nd Type- Direct Buy Investors With direct buyers, these are actual investors seeking people willing to sell their houses at a steep discount (like a wholesaler) except they bypass the wholesaler altogether.

If your property is completely thrashed and has major issues (needing more than simple updating or touching up) like foundation fails, structural stress, etc...
