The development features 5 single-family and 22 multi-family homes with attached ADUS for a total of 49 rental units. Simplicity Homes designed this unique, custom floor plan to maximize the owner's investment by offering more rental units in a condensed footprint. This intelligent design also significantly reduced the SDC fees for this subdivision.
