Lee County (Where I reside) according to NAR (National Association of REALTORS) tops the list of US counties for the highest increase in vacation home sales.
Many people are working remotely these days and in my experience as a real estate broker, they are buying vacation rental investment properties to live and work out of part of the year and rent out and income produce the remaining.
